Working at Pacific Grove Animal Hospital

At Pacific Grove Animal Hospital, we work together, support each other, communicate well, share ideas, and collaborate. We support each other to learn and grow in our knowledge base and encourage continuing education and development while using low-stress animal handling techniques. We use sedation instead of rough manual restraint, we treat clients and their animals with respect, and we do not tolerate rude or abusive clients. We have compassion for our fearful and aggressive patients; we protect ourselves and offer the best possible medical recommendations. We work hard without overworking ourselves, and we take care of our own physical and mental health. We try to have fun and laugh as much as possible and have complete trust in our team and ourselves. We understand that veterinary care can be costly at times, and we are willing to negotiate with clients that can’t afford everything.
